I use Phillips jumbo lump all the time. I make easy and delicious crab stuffed mushrooms. Mix the crab meat with mayo and Ritz cracker crumbs (no salt is needed). Stuff the mushrooms then dip the top part in equal parts grated Parmesan and Ritz crumbs. Bake at 425°F until the tops are golden. I like to top them with a chipotle aioli (mayo, orange zest and fresh orange juice, sugar, minced garlic and chipotle powder). Garnish with either chopped parsley or chives. Enjoy!
