Crab Meat Stuffing

Ingredients

8 oz. Phillips Crab Meat
½ c. green pepper, chopped
1 ½ tsp. canned pimento, chopped
1 ½ Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 large egg
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. mustard powder
½ tsp. lemon juice
hot sauce, to taste
4 boneless fish fillets or chicken breasts



Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except crab meat in small mixing bowl.
  3. Gently fold in crab meat.
  4. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast or fish fillet. Stuff with 1½ - 2 oz. of crab stuffing.
  5. Bake on greased baking pan 20-25 minutes for fish or 30-40 minutes for chicken breast.


Recipe Notes

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with paprika and lemon wedge

Use these ingredients to stuff tomatoes, mushrooms or red and green peppers.
