The complex flavors of chili peppers, galangal, lemongrass, tamarind, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove mix with sweet coconut milk to create this thick gravy style sauce. Thai curries are most often served with jasmine rice. In Asia, a spoonful of curry is added to a small portion of rice to cool the palate and help control the heat of the chilies. This Massaman Sauce is Gluten Free.

To Prepare: Boil the bag in boiling water for 30-35 minutes. Turn the bag upside down while boiling.
