COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: Remove patties from all packaging before cooking. Food should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.TO FRY: Place patties in fryer and fry for 4 to 4 ½ minutes. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil before serving. TO BAKE: Preheat convection oven to 450°F on high fan. Place cakes on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, flip, and bake additional 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes until golden brown.
